All rolls are disassembled and subjected to a rigorous multi-point inspection, documenting dimensional data and non-destructive testing of critical components.

Our staff engineers evaluate and inspect data against OEM specifications, evaluate indications of performance problems, and perform stress calculations on critical components.

From bearing and head fit restoration to grinding and balancing, we can restore virtually any component of your roll. All our repairs and upgrades are approached from an engineered stand point to ensure reliability.

We grind all roll types and covers, including polyurethane, rubber, composites and chilled iron, as well as venta-grooving services for press rolls. Every roll we grind is returned with “before and after” profiles.

All rolls are carefully prepared to protect your equipment during transportation and storage. Roll tags are attached to the roll, identifying lubrication type, grinding specifications, and other vital information.
